Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Nakuru. This is a full-time job opportunity for Malayalees, foreigners, and anyone who is passionate about gardening and has a biometric passport. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces
- Planting and caring for various types of plants and flowers
- Maintaining and operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and sprinkler systems
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Identifying and addressing plant diseases or pest infestations
- Keeping accurate records of planting schedules, maintenance activities, and inventory of materials
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
