Crane Operator


We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Nizwa. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and controlling various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials at job sites. Your main duties will include setting up and inspecting equipment, operating controls to lift and move materials, and ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator
- Valid crane operator certification
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Inspect crane equipment before each shift to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Operate controls to lift, move, and position materials according to job site requirements
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication to ensure safe operation
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow on job sites
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Keep accurate records of materials moved, time spent on tasks, and any incidents or accidents that occur

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and potential for overtime pay.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
This is a non-accommodation position. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Nizwa.
