Factory Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Split. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our factory. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery, including but not limited to lathes, mills, drills, and grinders
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory setting preferred
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
