Team Lead - Full Time (Izhevsk, Pakistan)


We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing company in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of a team of employees to achieve project goals and meet client expectations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Delegate tasks appropriately based on individual skills and capabilities
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies for enhancing productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
