Teamlead - English Speaking (Filipino) - Los Angeles, USA



We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking Filipino employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of English-speaking Filipino employees
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure that all team members are meeting their goals and targets
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members as needed
- Handle any escalated customer or employee concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow between teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer service or call center environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be Filipino or have extensive knowledge of Filipino culture and customs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
