Locksmith Technician

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of locks and security systems, as well as experience with repairing and installing various types of locks. The role will involve responding to service calls from clients, assessing and troubleshooting lock issues, and completing necessary repairs or installations in a timely manner. The Locksmith Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of services provided and communicating effectively with clients.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a locksmith
- Strong knowledge of locks and security systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls from clients in a timely manner
- Assess lock issues and determine the best course of action for repair or installation
- Complete necessary repairs or installations efficiently and accurately
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding services provided and any recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades
