Carpenter - Karachi, Pakistan



As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your duties will include measuring and cutting materials according to specifications, assembling parts to form structures, and sanding and finishing surfaces. This full-time position in Karachi comes with accommodation, free visa and ticket.

To excel in this role, you should have strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools, as well as good physical stamina. You must also possess the ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures. As this is a physically demanding job, it is suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut or shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble parts using screws or nails
- Install structures such as windows, frames, flooring etc.
- Sand surfaces and apply varnish or other finishes
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain tools in good condition
- Communicate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Good physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
