Floral Designer



As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday floral needs. You will use your creative eye and knowledge of different flowers to design unique and beautiful arrangements that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create designs that reflect the client's vision and budget
- Source and purchase flowers, plants, and other necessary materials
- Prepare flowers by cutting, trimming, and conditioning them for optimal freshness
- Arrange flowers in various styles such as bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
- Incorporate different types of foliage and decorative elements into designs
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to clients or event venues
- Set up and decorate event spaces with floral arrangements as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock when needed
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (flowers, vases)
- Experience with event planning or decorating is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will be provided.

This job is located in Manama, Bahrain.
