As a Moderator for English Speaking Events in Dickirch, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for facilitating and moderating discussions and presentations at various events. You will ensure that all participants have equal opportunities to share their ideas and opinions, while also maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere.

Your main duties will include:

- Preparing and organizing event materials, such as agendas and discussion topics
- Introducing speakers and managing the flow of presentations
- Facilitating group discussions and Q&A sessions
- Ensuring that all participants adhere to time limitations and stay on topic
- Encouraging active participation from all attendees
- Monitoring audiovisual equipment and troubleshooting any technical issues
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for all participants

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have experience in event planning or public speaking. Familiarity with the subject matter of the events is preferred but not required.
