Architectural Designer


As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative architectural solutions for our clients in Porto. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop design concepts that meet their needs and budget. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in architectural design.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Create innovative design concepts that meet client needs and budget constraints
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design ideas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Porto. However, due to the current situation with COVID-19, remote work options may be available.

Employment type:
This is a full-time position.
