This position is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef who is passionate about creating innovative and high-quality dishes. As the Executive Chef at our upscale restaurant in Izhevsk, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations. You will lead a team of talented chefs and cooks to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain quality and minimize waste
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail with a focus on creativity and innovation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
