We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our authentic Indian restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to create traditional and innovative dishes that meet our high standards of taste and presentation. The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team is essential. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 USD per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid visa or ability to obtain visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect traditional Indian flavors while also incorporating new and creative dishes
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and make suggestions for menu improvements
