We are a dynamic and growing company in Eschen, Liechtenstein seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of project managers and oversee the successful execution of various projects. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for setting project goals, creating timelines, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management and possess strong leadership skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Set clear project goals and objectives
- Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Previous experience leading a team is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana or Trello
