Dismantler Apprentice

As a Dismantler Apprentice in our Faro-based company, you will learn the skills and techniques necessary to dismantle various objects and equipment. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced Dismantlers to disassemble items such as machinery, electronics, and furniture. You will learn how to use various tools and equipment safely and efficiently, as well as how to identify valuable components for salvage or recycling.

Your responsibilities will include sorting and organizing dismantled items, keeping the work area clean and organized, and assisting with inventory management. You will also have the opportunity to learn about safety protocols, environmental regulations, and best practices for handling hazardous materials.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong interest in mechanical or technical work, are detail-oriented, and can work well in a team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our company for exceptional candidates.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Interest in learning about dismantling processes
- Strong communication skills (basic English proficiency preferred)

Salary: $1600/month

Location: Faro, Portugal (Preference given to Portuguese nationals or residents)
