Construction Manager - Mecca, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timely project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and implement necessary changes to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Prepare reports on project status and present updates to senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
- Indian nationals preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free)
