Senior Architect


We are in need of a skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Braga. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for various architectural projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using relevant software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans accurately
- Manage a team of architects, drafters, and assistants as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new trends in architecture, building codes, and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Braga. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Preference:
While we welcome all qualified applicants, preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience working on architectural projects in Portugal.
