Senior Architect (Braga, Portugal)

We are in search of an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, and managing a team of architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural designs and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the production of construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and equipment selections for projects
- Manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with design plans
- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Braga, Portugal. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations within the country.
