Entry-Level Nurse

We are a healthcare facility located in Porto, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Entry-Level Nurse to join our team. As an Entry-Level Nurse, you will work under the supervision of experienced nurses and physicians to provide patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient assessments and monitoring vital signs
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare team
- Provide support for patients' basic needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care for patients
- Update patient records and document any changes in their condition
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficient in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to provide excellent patient care
