We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in St-Petersburg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain files and records accurately
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Coordinate office activities such as meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep the office area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; proficiency in Russian is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
