Our company in Funchal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month and includes visa sponsorship. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as record-keeping, invoicing, and correspondence. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with clients and employees on a regular basis.
