Contract Administrator (Faro, Portugal)
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Faro. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all contract documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely execution of contracts
- Communicate with clients regarding any changes or updates to contracts
- Assist in the development of contract templates and processes to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in contract administration is a plus but not required
