Job Title: Executive Chef



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Shan, China. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and demonstrate excellent leadership skills to oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, managing inventory and food costs, ensuring food safety standards are met, and training and supervising kitchen staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, including free visa and ticket. Applicants from all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menus
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs

Responsibilities:
- Plan menus according to client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal availability
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train staff on proper cooking techniques, recipe adherence, portion control, and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while controlling costs
- Ensure that all food safety standards are met by maintaining proper hygiene practices in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback or market trends
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts while managing labor costs effectively

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (Chinese language skills preferred)
- Prior experience working in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
