Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Only


We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. This is an English speaking job, so proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and provide guidance to the team
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid passport (working visa will be provided)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
