Junior Python Developer


We are searching for a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our growing team in Braga. In this role, you will work with a team of experienced developers to design and implement new features for our software using Python. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Python and be eager to learn and develop their skills further. As a Junior Python Developer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python
- Collaborating with the development team to design new features and improve existing ones
- Testing and debugging code to ensure quality and functionality
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Learning new technologies and tools as needed to support project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of Python programming language
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand knowledge

Preferred:
- Experience with Django or other web frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
