Information Security Analyst



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Braga. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's sensitive information by identifying potential security risks and implementing measures to prevent and mitigate them.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond promptly to any security incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to continuously improve our security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security with knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption technologies, etc.
- Familiarity with security assessment tools such as Nessus, QualysGuard, or Metasploit.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and databases (SQL/Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Braga (no accommodation provided)
