We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Porto. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and report to upper management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience managing budgets and cost control for construction projects
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Portugal preferred
- Effective communication and leadership skills

Salary:
