We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company. Your main goal will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of efforts towards overall company objectives

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales industry (at least 3 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals closure
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
