Insurance Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubrovnik. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and liability. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working with clients, attorneys, and other insurance professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance policies to determine coverage for claims
- Conducting thorough investigations of claims by gathering information from various sources
- Analyzing data to determine the extent of liability and damages
- Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other insurance professionals to gather information and negotiate settlements
- Documenting all interactions and decisions made regarding each claim
- Making recommendations for settlement or denial of claims based on findings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in insurance adjusting or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia
