Entry-Level Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Claims Adjuster in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and liability. This position does not require English language skills, making it a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance policies to determine coverage for claims
- Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties
- Gather evidence, such as photos and documents, to support claim investigations
- Evaluate damages and determine liability based on policy terms and conditions
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Document all findings and decisions in written reports

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Prior experience in insurance or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of claims efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (no weekends)
