Sales Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, as well as developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and trends
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or related field is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Eschen without sponsorship
