Game Developer

We are currently seeking a talented Game Developer to join our team in Funchal. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and interactive games for various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of designers and artists to create innovative game concepts
- Write efficient, modular, and reusable code for game features
- Implement game mechanics and user interfaces
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Optimize performance and memory usage for different platforms
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and game development trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development or related field
- 2+ years of experience in game development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal
- Strong understanding of game design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience developing games for mobile platforms
- Are familiar with 3D modeling and animation software
- Have a passion for gaming and stay updated on current gaming trends
