Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take food and drink orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with table set-up
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairing suggestions
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Fluent in Portuguese (proficiency in English is a plus)
