As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our company's network and systems infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of our network and systems by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining network security protocols to protect our company's data. You should have a strong understanding of network architecture, hardware, software, and protocols. Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is preferred. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

Salary: 1500$ per month

This is a full-time position based in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate should have the right to work in Portugal without sponsorship from our company.
