Sales Manager for English Speaking Markets in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



Our company is a leading provider of innovative products and services in the technology industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

As the Sales Manager for English speaking markets, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the region. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target English speaking markets in Al Ahmadi
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the technology industry
- Experience selling to English speaking markets is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is an advantage

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance.
