Job Title: Seamstress - Garment Maker


We are seeking a skilled Seamstress - Garment Maker to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments according to customer specifications and measurements. This role requires excellent sewing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret customer specifications and measurements
- Select appropriate fabrics and materials for each garment
- Accurately measure, cut, and sew fabric pieces to create garments
- Ensure proper fit and quality of each garment
- Make necessary alterations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or Garment Maker
- Proficient in sewing techniques and machine operation
- Able to read patterns and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
