IT Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the efficient operation of our technology systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Manage network security and data backup processes
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Develop budgets for IT projects and manage expenses within budget constraints
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and other technology related issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge of network security protocols and data backup processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work full time without accommodation
