Handyman Technician


Our company is looking for a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team in Akron. The ideal candidate should have experience in various trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of properties and identify necessary repairs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and painting
- Install fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, and hardware
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and appliances
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of various trades including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Akron. Candidates from India who are already living in the area or have their own visa are preferred.
