Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a waiter/waitress and should possess excellent customer service skills. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and handling payments from customers. This position requires someone who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take orders from customers and provide helpful suggestions if needed
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly before serving
- Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Handle payments from customers using cash or credit card machines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards while handling food and beverages

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds if needed
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own visa to work in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
