IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems for our company in Karachi. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Evaluate new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Manage budget for IT expenses including equipment purchases, software licenses, and maintenance contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing IT operations
- Proven experience in implementing technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively

Preferred:
- Experience in managing a team of IT professionals
- Experience with cloud-based solutions
- Knowledge of project management methodologies

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Karachi

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for employment in Pakistan. This is an urgent position so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.
