Job Title: Barista



We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a popular café in Faro, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and order in the café, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude and addressing their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the café

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented approach
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Working hours: This is a seasonal job with flexible working hours. The café operates from 8am to 8pm daily during peak season.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with tips.
