We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a temporary basis in Faro, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed in the preparation and handling of food items
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on current menu offerings and promotions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain necessary work visa for Portugal

Salary:
Successful candidates will receive a salary of $1100 per month. This position also includes accommodation provided by the company.
