Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects and engineers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients.
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in scope.
- Collaborate with other departments such as finance, marketing, and sales to support business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.

Salary: 1600$
