We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Kaunas. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in solar installation.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper wiring and grounding
- Perform routine maintenance on installed systems, including cleaning and replacing parts as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is required
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
