We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. Your role will involve drafting technical drawings, creating 3D models, and coordinating with other members of the design team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This position offers a salary of $1200 per month and includes accommodation options. It is suitable for Indian nationals fluent in English and students looking for valuable work experience.

As an Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the development of architectural designs according to project requirements
- Creating accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Generating 3D models to help visualize designs
- Conducting site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Researching building materials and methods to optimize design efficiency
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Prior experience or internships in architectural firms is preferred but not required
