Junior Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our architectural design team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to assist in the creation and development of architectural plans and designs. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and development of architectural plans and designs, including 2D drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for project planning
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm design ideas and solutions
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Biometric passport or US citizenship preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, including those without prior experience.
