Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced and creative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Your role will also involve working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Use AutoCAD or other drafting software to create detailed drawings and models
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, photos, and other necessary information
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Research new materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices for implementation in projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100 per month

City: Los Angeles (Preference for Canadians or Kenyans)
