You will also be required to maintain records of daily activities and communicate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience operating cranes. A valid crane operator license is preferred. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, good depth perception, and strong communication skills. Physical fitness is essential as the job requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
