Restaurant Manager


We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train and supervise employees to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve overall performance.
- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional events and attract new customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching or training as needed.
- Create schedules for employees that ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while also optimizing labor costs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Salary: $1100 per month
