We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bayan, Nepal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Your main goal will be to maximize profits and minimize costs while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and supervise all restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs and manage labor costs effectively
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing costs in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
