Rental Coordinator (English Speaking)
A well-established rental company in Pula is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join their team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the rental process and ensuring excellent customer service to English speaking clients. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about the travel and tourism industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with English speaking clients to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Coordinate the rental process from start to finish, including reservations, contracts, payments, and vehicle pick-up/drop-off
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory
- Resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
